Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations

Because all food is freshly prepared as soon as the order is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled once placed and paid for. Please review your cart and details carefully before completing payment.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed in our system.
  • An item ordered is unavailable and cannot be substituted.
  • The food received is genuinely defective or incorrect (reported within 2 hours of pickup/delivery with photo proof).

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Cashfree Payments within 5–7 business days. Time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
